Consulting assistance involves advice, information, research, analysis, process facilitation, training, and support, ranging from specific tasks all the way to the management of large-scale projects. This may involve the personal commitment of one or more of our professional consultants, and to the extent required, the direct involvement of Dr. Karl Albrecht, either as an advisor, or in some cases as the primary participant. The objective is not only to achieve a direct solution to the issue or problem at hand, but to transfer into the organization the knowledge and expertise needed to carry the solution forward and make it self-sustaining. We seek to work as intellectual partners with our clients, not as organizational "chiropractors." In other words, we work with the client, not on the client.
