About the SI Profile

The Social Intelligence Profile is an easy-to-use, self-scoring questionnaire, that enables a person to better understand his or her ability to get along well with others and to interact with them effectively in a variety of situations.

SI is a combination of awareness of the feelings, needs and interests of others - sometimes called your "social radar" - plus an attitude of generosity and consideration, and a set of practical skills for interacting successfully in various situations. SI is one of at least 6 distinct "intelligences" or dimensions of human performance now recogonized by scientists and educators.


The outmoded concept of a single "IQ" number as a fixed measure of a person's potential in life is being replaced by this multi-dimensional concept of learning and growth. Your "SQ" may be more important to your success than your "IQ".

The SIP is simple and easy to use. It typically takes about 15-20 minutes for a person to answer the questions and plot the scores.
